The company is located in Hejin City, Shanxi Province, aluminum-based new materials industry demonstration zone, covering an area of 100000 square meters.
As a domestic private catalytic cracking catalyst manufacturer, the company is committed to providing global customers with integrated solutions such as catalysts, additives, and molecular sieves. At present, the company has a production capacity of 40000 tons/year of catalyst additives and molecular sieves.
The company's technology research and development center is rated as a provincial technology center and has more than 10 independent patents. Relying on the rich alumina resource advantages of Shanxi Province, the company has developed a macroporous and highly active TMJ matrix, which greatly improves the conversion capacity of heavy oil. TMY is a molecular sieve production technology developed by the company, which has the characteristics of high silicon-aluminum ratio and strong hydrothermal stability. Based on TMJ and TMY, the company has formed a product system such as TMC series catalysts and TMZ series additives.
Adopting perfect production technology and equipment technology, a modern production device has been built, the production process is controlled by DCS, the automatic control rate reaches more than 90%, the product quality is excellent, and it has passed the international ISO9001 certification. The design of the device focuses on energy saving and environmental protection, which lays a good foundation for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
