TMZ-MP additive provides refiners with the flexibility to operate in a high propylene mode with out the activity dilution of the base catalyst inventory. It can be used intermittently in response to market conditions or continuously for increased propylene .
TMZ-MP additive contains several different types of active acid site components all in close proximity. The proper balance of these sites efficiently cracks feed, slurry, naphtha into the desired product proportions, depending on the requirement and constraints of the individual FCC unit.
Patented zeolite technology help TMZ-MP enhance propylene selectivity. Different modification with traditional ZSM-5, formed ZSM-5A, ZSM-5B, ZSM-5C, ZSM-5D different type zeolite. We can according to the goal and challenges of the individual unit formulate additive, meeting various requirement of clients, such as high LPG, high propylene concentration, superior metal resistant.
Not only the active sites have been specially tailored for optimal performance, the pore architecture also reflects properly balanced micro-, meso- and macroporosity. Modification with TMJ matrix, enables the feed molecules to diffuse into additive to maximize subsequent cracking reactions.
