Research on the Synthesis of ZSM-5 series zeolite

The research hotspots in the synthesis of ZSM-5 series zeolite mainly focus on:

(1) Synthesis of small-grained zeolite, especially nano-zeolite. The reduction of molecular sieve grains increases the active center on the outer surface, reduces the diffusion resistance, increases the probability of reactant molecules approaching the active center, and has good reaction selectivity;

ZSM-5 series zeolite

(2) Synthesis of heteroatom-containing ZSM-5 series zeolite. Isomorphically replace some or all of the aluminum or silicon in ZSM-5 with heteroatoms such as Ga, B, Fe, Sn, Ti, Cr, and Zr, and change the chemical composition and pore structure of the molecular sieve. The molecular sieve with excellent catalytic performance can be obtained by modulating its shape selectivity or giving the molecular sieve dehydrogenation function or redox performance.

(3) ZSM-5 series zeolite was synthesized with different materials as carriers.
